Kachina-Madonna, 1970, Oil on canvas, (48"x48")

I had just returned from the Valley of Fire petroglyphs with strong Kachina Medicine to actuate the intent of conceiving a son, with my wife, as our next child. We had a son. She didn't really like the painting.
Again, I loved the play of pallet knife and oils on canvas.
Its kinda immature in terms of design flaws, but I still like the beautiful rich colors and the characters of the faces are still rather accurate.
Don't know if "Kachina" liked it but that is close to "bat medicine" and later related to my shamanic calling through Owl Medicine. [Long story.]
